WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITH FHD?

CAN A CUSTOM ITEM BE MADE WITH A SCHOOL OR FAVORITE SPORTS TEAM LOGO OR MASCOT?
Unfortunately, no. Those are trademarked and copyrighted art, and FHD is not licensed to reproduce them.
What does “Customer Selects” mean?
When placing a custom product order, the customer has the option to select the colors used.
HOW DO I ORDER A CUSTOM ITEM?
The process to purchase a custom item (pillow, women’s top, etc.) is outlined, for each product for which customization is available, in the “Additional Info” section below the product description. Each custom product has a custom form that you must fill out in order to complete the order. The product’s custom form will “pop-up” once the product is placed in your cart.
DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
We currently ship to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Orders received are processed next business day and if the item is in stock, shipped the next business day. The customer will be notified via email when the order is shipped or if an order is delayed.
Custom orders may take 1-2 weeks depending upon complexity of the customization. It is important for customers to respond quickly to any requests for information or answer any questions from FHD so that their custom order is not delayed. It is very important to fill out the custom order form associated with the item completely.
Shipping details for all orders and the carrier used will be provided to the customer via email, once the order is shipped. In most cases a tracking order is also provided.
WHAT SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?
Most often USPS (United States Post Office) is used, as it is often the most economical carrier, but it depends on factors such as location, size and weight. Every effort is made to ship items cost effectively. It is also possible for the customer to select delivery from a specific carrier. The customer will be advised of those costs during cart checkout.
***Note: Shipping rates are based on state postal zip codes (zones) and USPS Ground Parcel Rate.
Who can use the local pickup/delivery shipping option?
This shipping option is limited to a 20 mile radius of zip code 19083 - Havertown, PA. Please do not select this option if it does not apply to your location.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
Stock Products
We always desire for our customers to love our items! If for some reason a customer is not satisfied with a purchase, they must first call/email FHD directly and discuss the issue. This will allow FHD to understand the problem and work to correct it for the customer. Should it be necessary to return the item, the customer may be responsible for any return charges.
Custom Products
Due to the nature of custom products, they can’t be returned. Every effort will be made to ensure that you have the opportunity to review the details of the product prior to its creation.
Note: FHD is a small business. As such it is tough to absorb the costs of return items. It is very important that to lessen the possibility of returned items FHD, along with you our customer, will work to get the order right the first time.
